The Smoky Bears were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Greene Devils apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.
Sevier County's loss dropped their record down to 14-13. As for Greeneville, the win was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 20-6.
Coming up, Sevier County will take on Lenoir City at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Greeneville, they will head out to challenge Halls at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
