Softball Recap: Bristow Takes a Loss

Bristow scored first but ultimately less than McLoud in their game on Monday. They came up short against the Redskins, falling 13-2. The Pirates were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Redskins earlier this season, when they won 5-1.

Bristow has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-10 record this season. As for McLoud, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-7-1 record this season.

Bristow didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 9-2 defeat against North Rock Creek on the 16th. As for McLoud, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 9-5 win against Cleveland on the 16th.
