While Thursday's win was certainly a team effort, someone pulling more than their own weight was underclassman Jill Ryan. She wasn't messing around on Thursday, striking out eight batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and not a single walk). The pitching appearance was her fourth straight with two or fewer hits.
