There's no place like home for Valley, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Del Norte Knights on Thursday as they made off with an 8-0 win. The victory continues a trend for Valley in their matchups with Del Norte: they've now won four in a row.

Valley's offense was hitting Del Norte from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Naya Suhr led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Valley now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Del Norte, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-12.

Valley wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 6-0 win against West Mesa on the 4th. As for Del Norte, they will look to defend their home pitch on Monday against Hope Christian at 4:00 p.m. Hope Christian's defense has only allowed 0.2 goals per game this season, so Del Norte's offense will have their work cut out for them.
