Volleyball Game Preview: Dixie Flyers vs. Desert Hills Thunder

The Dixie Flyers will take on the Desert Hills Thunder at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Dixie has now lost seven straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since the 14th.

Dixie saw some tournament action on Saturday. They lost 3-0 to Morgan.

Desert Hills not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since March 5th (when they won 3-0). They blew past Snow Canyon 3-0. The win continues a trend for the Thunder in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now won six in a row.

Dixie's defeat dropped their record down to 3-16. As for Desert Hills, their victory bumped their record up to 7-3.

Dixie suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Desert Hills when the teams last played back in April of 2025. Can the Flyers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
