Riverside is 6-1 against Wyoming Area since December of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Vikings will be playing in front of their home fans against the Warriors at 7:15 p.m.

Riverside is headed into Tuesday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their sixth straight games dating back to last season on Friday. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 23-19 heartbreaker at the hands of Holy Redeemer. While the Vikings didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Royals 8-3 in the first quarter.

Meanwhile, Wyoming Area posted their closest win since December 28, 2024 on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 38-36 victory over Montrose.

Wyoming Area's win came from a few key players Riverside will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Jailynn Park, who shot 55% from the field en route to 17 points. What's more, she posted two assists, the most she's had since back in December of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Londyn Sobeck, who put up nine points and eight rebounds.

Riverside strolled past Wyoming Area in their previous matchup back in December of 2024 by a score of 40-25. Will the Vikings repeat their success, or do the Warriors have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
