Volleyball Recap: Charles Henderson Comes Up Short

Charles Henderson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Dothan Wolves. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Trojans of the 3-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-16.

Catherine Farmer was the offensive standout of the match as she had five digs and two aces. Those two aces gave her a new career-high.

Charles Henderson's loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Dothan, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 26-13.

Looking ahead, after both having extra time off, Charles Henderson and Brewbaker Tech will shake off the rust and duke it out at 3:30 p.m. on the 16th. As for Dothan, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Straughn on the 7th.
