Softball Recap: Marist Victorious + How To Watch

Marist posted their closest win since September 13th on Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the East Forsyth Broncos.

Marist has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-9 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for East Forsyth, they dropped their record down to 12-15 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Looking ahead, Marist will face off against Starr's Mill at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. The Panthers will aim to continue their four-game streak of scoring more runs each game than the last. East Forsyth does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
