San Leandro has gone a perfect 3-0 against Tennyson recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Pirates will take on the Lancers at 6:00 p.m. San Leandro's defense has only allowed 11.5 points per game this season, so Tennyson's offense will have their work cut out for them.

San Leandro proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by 26) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Mt. Eden 8-6. The Pirates haven't had any issues with the Monarchs recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Tennyson suffered their closest defeat since October 17, 2024 on Thursday. They fell just short of Hayward by a score of 8-6.

San Leandro now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Tennyson, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season.

San Leandro was able to grind out a solid win over Tennyson in their previous meeting back in September, winning 26-13. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Pirates since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
