Softball Recap: Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin Takes a Loss

Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin lost against Prairie Central back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Blue Devils took a 7-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hawks. The Blue Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Ava Acton was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 4-for-4 with two doubles and one RBI. Ella Acton also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.

Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin's loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Prairie Central, their record now sits at 6-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin will square off against Armstrong at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Prairie Central, they will challenge Bloomington Central Catholic at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
