There's no place like home for Rayne, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. Everything went their way against the Crowley Gent on Tuesday as the Rayne Wolves made off with an 11-1 win. The Wolves haven't had any issues with the Gent recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Rayne got a great performance from Caydon Stakes as he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out seven over five innings pitched.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Lon Paul Moody, who scored two runs while going 3-for-3. Hayden Bullock was another key player, scoring a run while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

The win got Rayne back to even at 1-1. As for Crowley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Rayne will face off against Beau Chene at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Crowley, they will square off against Iota at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday.
