Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They were the clear victors by a 13-4 margin over the Minnewaska Area Lakers. For the Tigers, this counts as revenge for the 5-3 victory the Lakers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2024.

The team relied heavily on Riley Asmus, who went 3-for-4 with three stolen bases, four RBI, and two runs. Those three stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Andrew Marty, who went 2-for-4 with four runs and two stolen bases.

Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta's win was their 12th straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 19-0. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.5 runs over those games. As for Minnewaska Area, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-6.
