Pope John Paul II had a senior duo take command as Osby Cavin shot 64% from the field to rack up 33 points and Trey Pearson went 6-for-11 en route to 24 points and seven rebounds. Pearson is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in each of the last 15 games he's played dating back to last season. Anthony Wiggins was another key player, putting up ten points.

Pope John Paul II's win bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Chattanooga Prep, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-6.

Coming up, Pope John Paul II will head out to take on Baylor at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
