Football Recap: Strong Effort on D from Brian Lee Anderson and Aiden Elliott Leads Meeteetse over Midwest + How To Watch

Meeteetse won the last time they faced Midwest and Jacob Moody did his part to make sure it happened again. The Longhorns put the hurt on the Oilers with a sharp 46-25 victory on Saturday for which the team can thank Moody, who rushed for 215 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 11.9 yards per carry, and also caught one TD. He has been hot, having posted two or more rushing touchdowns the last six times he's played.

Another player making a difference was Johnathan Ogden, who picked up 147 receiving yards and a pair of scores. His longest reception was for an incredible 72 yards.

Meeteetse didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Brian Lee Anderson and Aiden Elliott.

The win made it two in a row for Meeteetse and bumps their season record up to 4-3. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.0 points over those games. As for Midwest, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.
