LaBelle benefitted from Burchard in 51-50 defeat
On Monday Marissa Burchard made a splash, scoring 24 points along with five rebounds and three steals. It looks like she has Clewiston's number considering she had a big game the last time she faced them, too. As if that's not impressive enough, the match was her seventh in a row with two or more steals. This season, Burchard has averaged 22.3 points, 5.1 steals, and 6.2 rebounds per contest.
Burchard and LaBelle won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Gateway Charter at 6:00 p.m. on January 23rd. Sadly, Burchard's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped LaBelle's four-game streak of wins on the road.
