Recap: Charles J. Colgan Sharks vs. Potomac Senior Panthers

Potomac Senior was led to victory by Saliyah Freeman and Olivea Puller. Freeman scored nine points, while Puller scored 14 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Puller has scored all season.
Charles J. Colgan's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-7. As for Potomac Senior, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-6.
Charles J. Colgan will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Forest Park at 7:00 p.m. on January 23rd. Forest Park will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Virginia Rankings (they are ranked 350th, while Charles J. Colgan is ranked 138th). Potomac Senior won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Our Lady of Mount Carmel at 2:00 p.m. on January 13th. Our Lady of Mount Carmel is hoping to put an end to a four-game streak of away losses.
