Northridge has gone 8-2 against Milton-Union recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Northridge Polar Bears will venture away from home to square off against the Milton-Union Bulldogs at 7:15 p.m. One thing working in Northridge's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 11 games.

Northridge is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Hilliard Bradley just ended the team's nine-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Jaguars by a score of 71-69. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Friday (58), the Polar Bears still had to take the loss.

Meanwhile, Milton-Union lost to Mississinawa Valley on the road by a 46-29 margin on Saturday. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the defeat, Milton-Union saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Levi Brumbaugh posted 11 points along with six boards and three steals. The dominant performance gave Brumbaugh a new career-high in rebounds. Another player making a difference was Titus Copp, who earned six points.

Northridge's loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 15-4. As for Milton-Union, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-14.

Everything came up roses for Northridge against Milton-Union in their previous meeting back in January, as the squad secured a 65-30 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Northridge since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
