Football Game Preview: Fargo Davies Eagles vs. West Fargo Packers + Official Tickets

The Fargo Davies Eagles are taking a road trip to face off against the West Fargo Packers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Fargo Davies has three straight victories, West Fargo has three straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Fargo Davies is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of North Dakota's top teams: Shanley/Oak Grove Lutheran, who was ranked sixth at the time (Fargo Davies was ranked second). The Eagles put the hurt on the Deacons with a sharp 42-22 win on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won five matchups by 20 points or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, West Fargo lost to Horace on the road by a 27-13 margin on Friday.

West Fargo's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Fargo Davies, their victory bumped their record up to 5-1.

Fargo Davies took their win against West Fargo in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 35-14 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
