Troy benefitted from Wright in 22-11 victory
Winning always takes teamwork, but on Wednesday Maddie Wright stepped things up a notch to give Troy the 'W'. Wright was dialed in and scored four runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4. She played a big game the last time she faced West Carrollton, so the team probably should've seen her coming.
Wright and Troy will be playing at home against Xenia at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Troy is 10-0 against Xenia going back to April of 2017, a lead they'll look to extend.
