The Meigs Marauders will play host again on Wednesday to welcome the Vinton County Vikings, where first pitch is scheduled at 5:00 p.m. Meigs is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 10.1 runs per game this season.

Meigs got a massive performance out of Delana Wright, who went 3-for-4 with four runs, two stolen bases, and four RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Mallory Adams, who went 4-for-5 with a home run, three RBI, and two doubles.
Meanwhile, Vinton County came up short against Chillicothe on Saturday and fell 11-7.
Meigs' win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-1. As for Vinton County, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
