Volleyball Recap: Delta Takes a Loss

Delta was the 3-1 winner over Hayti when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Chargers fell just short of the Indians by a score of 3-2 on Wednesday.

Delta was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Hayti work for it, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 17-25, 17-25, 25-15, 15-11.

Delta's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Hayti, with the victory, they broke their four-match losing streak and moved their record to 4-12.

Delta does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hayti, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against South Pemiscot at 6:30 p.m.
