Volleyball Recap: West Springfield Takes a Loss + How To Watch

West Springfield was the 3-1 winner over Southwick Regional when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Terriers fell just short of the Rams by a score of 3-2 on Wednesday.

West Springfield took Southwick Regional into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking seven-point loss. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-20, 14-25, 24-26, 15-8.

West Springfield has been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-16 record this season. As for Southwick Regional, the victory snapped their losing streak at four matches and leaves them with a 7-12 record.

West Springfield does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Southwick Regional, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Commerce on the 23rd.
