Volleyball Game Preview: Westlake Wolverines vs. Great Mills Hornets + Official Tickets

Westlake hasn't had much luck against Great Mills recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Wolverines will challenge the Hornets at 5:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

On Wednesday, Westlake came up short against Lackey and fell 3-1.

Meanwhile, Great Mills suffered their biggest defeat since September 10th on Wednesday. They lost 3-0 to Calvert. The Hornets haven't had much luck with the Cavaliers recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Great Mills' loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Westlake, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-9.

Westlake suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Great Mills when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Can the Wolverines avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
