Basketball Recap: Chartwell Victorious

Chartwell's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. In a tight contest that could have gone either way, they made off with a 1-0 win over North Bay Christian Academy. The one-point effort marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Chartwell's victory ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-5. As for North Bay Christian Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-6.

Chartwell does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for North Bay Christian Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 49-40 win against North Hills Christian on the 28th.
