Baseball Recap: Breck Comes Up Short

If Breck was feeling good fresh off their 10-0 takedown of Minneapolis South last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Mustangs came up short against the DeLaSalle Islanders on Saturday, falling 8-1.

Breck's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for DeLaSalle, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-9.

Breck does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for DeLaSalle, they will head out to face off against Benilde-St. Margaret's at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
