It was a good run, but Chamblee unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-match winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lakeside Vikings. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in August.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-16.

Chamblee's loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 13-15. As for Lakeside, their win was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 21-5.

Chamblee wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Stone Mountain on the 18th. As for Lakeside, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Johns Creek on the 25th.
