Volleyball Recap: Marquette Takes a Loss

Marquette was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the St. Bede Bruins. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bruins this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 back in September.

Marquette's defeat dropped their record down to 9-12. As for St. Bede, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-10-1 record this season.

Marquette will take on Dwight at 7:00 p.m. on the 21st. As for St. Bede, they will face off against Evergreen Park at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
