Jake Jimenez turned in nothing short of a gem on Tuesday, tossing six innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his fifth in a row with less than one earned run. On the season, he has an ERA of .32 over 21.7 innings pitched.

Coming up, Jimenez and Arroyo Valley will head out on the road to square off against Bloomington at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday. Bloomington will enter the matchup having just beaten Nuview Bridge, so Arroyo Valley will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
