Progreso piles up the points against IDEA Riverview

Recap: Progreso Red Ants vs. IDEA Riverview Rockets
The Progreso Red Ants had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They claimed a resounding 58-17 victory over IDEA Riverview at home. The victory was just what Progreso needed coming off of a 56-17 loss in their prior game.
Sophia Pecina continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, shooting 6-for-7 from long range and almost dropping a triple-double on 33 points, 11 rebounds, and nine assists. That makes it 16 consecutive games in which she has scored at least 25% of Progreso's points. Alexa Galvan was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with six steals.
Progreso's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 9-8. As for IDEA Riverview, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Progreso will be home for the holidays to greet IDEA Sports Park at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. IDEA Riverview will be home for the holidays to greet Lyford at 12:00 p.m. on December 22nd.
