Volleyball Game Preview: Tse' Yi' Gai Dine Warriors vs. Pine Hill Warriors

Tse' Yi' Gai is 0-10 against Pine Hill since October of 2017 but things could change on Thursday. The Dine Warriors will look to defend their home court against the Warriors at 6:00 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

While Tse' Yi' Gai's win against Northwest wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Dine Warriors had just enough and edged out the Falcons 3-2 on Thursday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Dine Warriors as it spelled an end to their four-match losing streak.

Tse' Yi' Gai wouldn't go down easily and took Northwest into a fifth set where they got it done with a eight-point win. The match finished with set scores of 24-26, 25-13, 25-8, 21-25, 15-7.

Meanwhile, Pine Hill made easy work of Northwest on Tuesday and carried off a 3-0 win.

Pine Hill never let Northwest on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-18, 27-25.

Tse' Yi' Gai's victory bumped their record up to 4-11. As for Pine Hill, the win got them back to even at 9-9.

Tse' Yi' Gai couldn't quite get it done against Pine Hill in their previous matchup back in November of 2024 as they fell 3-1. Can the Dine Warriors avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
