Softball Recap: Agoura Chargers vs. Thousand Oaks Lancers
Thursday just wasn't the day for Agoura's offense. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Thousand Oaks Lancers on Thursday. Having soared to a lofty 12 runs in the game before, the Chargers' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.
Agoura saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Chaden Chatelain, who went 1-for-2 with one double. Emilia Liversidge also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.
Agoura's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Thousand Oaks, they pushed their record up to 8-2 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home.
