Basketball Game Preview: Hamshire-Fannett Longhorns vs. Conroe Tigers

The Hamshire-Fannett Longhorns will square off against the Conroe Tigers at 11:30 a.m. on Monday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Hamshire-Fannett's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Dmitri Hill, who went 6-for-7 on his way to 14 points and five steals, and Kobe Prejean, who shot 88% from the field en route to 14 points in addition to five rebounds and four steals. Those 88% field goal percentage gave Prejean a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Parker Sebastian, who posted eight points and six steals.

Meanwhile, Conroe put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They claimed a resounding 55-27 victory over MacArthur.
