Flag Football Recap: Soledad Takes a Loss + How To Watch

If Soledad was riding high fresh off their 44-2 takedown of North Salinas on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Aztecs fell 13-6 to the Aptos Mariners on Saturday.

Soledad's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Aptos, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-4.

Soledad will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on North Monterey County at 4:00 p.m. on October 9. As for Aptos, they are taking a road trip to take on Scotts Valley at 7:10 p.m. on Wednesday. The Falcons' defense has only allowed 6.2 points per game this season, so the Mariners' offense will have their work cut out for them.
