Soccer Recap: East Valley Wins Going Away Against Valor Academy

East Valley won the last time they faced Valor Academy and things went their way on Monday too. The Falcons blew past Valor Academy 6-1. With East Valley ahead 3-0 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

Genesis Escobar and Kayla Arvizu scored all six of East Valley's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 11 goals.

The win made it two in a row for East Valley and bumps their season record up to 2-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those two matches. As for Valor Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, East Valley will welcome Van Nuys at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Valor Academy, they will head out to take on Bert Corona Charter at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
