Flag Football Game Preview: Eagle Ridge Academy Warriors vs. Golden Demons

The Eagle Ridge Academy Warriors will challenge the Golden Demons on Tuesday. Neither Eagle Ridge Academy nor Golden posted many points in their last games, so it might be the defenses that decide this one.

Eagle Ridge Academy is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Mountain View just ended the team's five-game winning streak on Saturday. They were outmatched by the Mountain Lions and fell 39-0.

Meanwhile, Saturday just wasn't the day for Golden's offense. They had to suffer through a 34-0 loss at the hands of Green Mountain. The defensive woes were uncharacteristic for the Demons, who until this game were averaging 10.87 points allowed.

Even if they lost, Golden's defensive line still kept up the pressure with four sacks. Alex Cassidy was especially locked on to Green Mountain's QB and sacked her three times.

Eagle Ridge Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Golden, their loss dropped their record down to 9-6.
