Volleyball Recap: Roosevelt Falls Short Against Ranked School Without Walls + How To Watch

Roosevelt faced School Without Walls in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Roughriders took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Penguins. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Roughriders of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-12.

Among those leading the charge was Elle Ericsson-White, who had six aces and three digs.

This is the second loss in a row for Roosevelt and nudges their season record down to 7-9. As for School Without Walls, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 19-4.

Looking ahead, Roosevelt will square off against Cardozo at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for School Without Walls, they will face off against Washington International at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
