Basketball Recap: Archbold Takes a Loss

Archbold was the 58-51 winner over Wauseon when they last played one another back in November of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Archbold Blue Streaks took a 53-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wauseon Indians.

Archbold has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-8 record this season. As for Wauseon, the win got them back to even at 9-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Archbold and Napoleon will face off at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. Archbold is facing Napoleon at the right time seeing as Napoleon is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Wauseon, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Anthony Wayne at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in Anthony Wayne's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last six contests.
