Basketball Recap: West Morris Central Gets the Win

West Morris Central won the last time they faced Roxbury and things went their way on Monday too. The West Morris Central Wolfpack sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 26-24 win over the Roxbury Gaels. The 26-point effort marked the Wolfpack's lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

West Morris Central now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Roxbury, their loss dropped their record down to 5-2.

West Morris Central is facing Mount Olive at the right time seeing as Mount Olive is stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Roxbury, they will face off against Sparta at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Roxbury's defense has only allowed 28.1 points per game this season, so Sparta's offense will have their work cut out for them.
