Basketball Recap: Hancock Takes a Loss

Hancock was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 55-38 to the D'Iberville Warriors. If the Hawks were looking for revenge after losing 54-35 to the Warriors when the teams met back in November of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Hancock's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for D'Iberville, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

Hancock has already played their next contest (against East Rankin Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for D'Iberville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 57-47 win against Northeast Lauderdale on the 24th.
