Volleyball Game Preview: Lisle Lions vs. Johnsburg Skyhawks

The Lisle Lions will face off against the Johnsburg Skyhawks at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams are coming into the matchup red-hot, with Lisle sitting on four straight wins and Johnsburg on seven.

Lisle will bounce into Tuesday's match after beating Indian Creek, who they had gone 0-4 against in their four prior meetings. The Lions came out on top against the Timberwolves by a score of 2-0 on Thursday.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Lisle took both sets by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-12.

Meanwhile, Johnsburg beat Harvest-Westminster 2-0 on Thursday.

While Johnsburg won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-19.

Johnsburg's victory bumped their record up to 22-13. As for Lisle, they now have a winning record of 18-17.
