Anabel Acosta Game Report: @ Springfield

Anabel Acosta gave up the fewest hits she has since back in April on Friday. She made a splash, striking out six batters over two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and only one walk). She was up against Springfield and has quite the history against that squad, as she also had a great game the last time she faced them back in May of 2025.

Acosta's strong effort led North Eugene over Springfield and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Millers are limping into the matchup having lost 19 straight at home dating back to last season.
