Volleyball Recap: Gordon Central Comes Up Short

Gordon Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Adairsville Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in August.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-5, 25-12.

Gordon Central's loss dropped their record down to 1-26. As for Adairsville, with the victory, they broke their five-match losing streak and moved their record to 10-28.

Gordon Central has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against North Murray on the 2nd. Adairsville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
