Volleyball Recap: Opp Bobcats vs. LAMP Golden Tigers
Opp was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the LAMP Golden Tigers.
While Opp ultimately came up short, they really made LAMP work, particularly in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 28-26.
Braleigh Nall paced Opp's offense, picking up six kills. Nall got some help from Rylie Kate Thrash and her four assists. Ayla King controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.
Opp's defeat dropped their record down to 12-14. As for LAMP, with the victory, they broke their four-match losing streak and moved their record to 9-9.
Opp didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Dothan on the 4th. As for LAMP, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Brantley on the 4th.
