Volleyball Recap: San Miguel Comes Up Short

San Miguel was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They came up short against the Morenci Wildcats, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 1-0 back in August.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-10, 25-10.

San Miguel's loss dropped their record down to 3-19. As for Morenci, their win ended a three-match drought at home and bumped them up to 12-13.

Coincidentally, San Miguel and Morenci will both be playing Benson the next time they take the court. The Wildcats will head out to face the Bobcats at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Vipers will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
