Basketball Game Preview: St. Paul Flyers vs. Western Reserve Roughriders

The St. Paul Flyers just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the Western Reserve Roughriders at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Thursday, St. Paul lost to Calvert on the road by a 63-46 margin. The defeat continues a trend for the Flyers in their matchups with the Senecas: they've now lost five in a row.

Meanwhile, Western Reserve came up short against Monroeville on Saturday and fell 51-41.

Western Reserve's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for St. Paul, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-4.

St. Paul came out on top in a nail-biter against Western Reserve in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, sneaking past 46-44. Does St. Paul have another victory up their sleeve, or will Western Reserve turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
