Othello lost to Prosser back in October of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Huskies came out on top against the Mustangs by a score of 36-26. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Huskies.

Despite the defeat, Prosser saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Autry Hoefer picked up 32 receiving yards and a pair of scores, and also rushed for 50 yards.

Othello's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Prosser, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Othello will head out to challenge Toppenish at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Prosser, they will venture away from home to take on Ellensburg at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Mustangs will be up against the Bulldogs' rather soft defense (which has allowed 34 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
