Volleyball Recap: Millbury Comes Up Short + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Millbury can now relate to. They came up short against the Nipmuc Regional Warriors on Tuesday, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, with their most recent defeat being a 3-1 loss back in October.

Millbury may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored 20 points in every single set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-20, 25-20.

Kaden Ellis paced Millbury's offense, picking up ten kills. Ellis got some help from Giuliana Gerolomo and her 14 assists. Brielle Brothers controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Millbury moved to 7-15 with that defeat, which also ended their three-match winning streak. As for Nipmuc Regional, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season.
