Soccer Recap: Atlantic Comes Up Short

Atlantic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They were one goals away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Deltona Wolves. Sadly, that's the third time they've come up short against the Sharks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in December of 2024.

Atlantic's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Deltona, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 5-7 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Atlantic will challenge Taylor at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Deltona, they will face off against Pine Ridge at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
