Calhoun City is a perfect 10-0 against Winona since December of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Wildcats will square off against the Tigers at 7:30 p.m. After the two teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky on Tuesday.

While Wildcats fans will have to keep waiting for their squad to come home, they shouldn't be too worried about the road trip considering the result of Tuesday's season opener. They were the clear victors by a 68-48 margin over Coffeeville on Tuesday.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Tigers on Thursday. Winona took their matchup with ease, bagging a 51-13 victory over Ethel. Winona not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since November 7, 2024 (when they won 61-16).

Calhoun City strolled past Winona when the teams last played back in November of 2024 by a score of 57-40. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wildcats since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
