Corydon Central won the last time they faced Scottsburg and Paisley Teeter did her part to make sure it happened again. The Panthers put the hurt on the Warriors with a sharp 68-45 victory on Thursday thanks in part to Teeter, who went 11-for-24 en route to 27 points. Corydon Central is undefeated when Teeter posts 15 or more points, but 1-4 otherwise.

The team also got some help courtesy of Reese Withers, who almost dropped a double-double with 13 points and nine rebounds. She is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last four games she's played.

Corydon Central now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Scottsburg, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Corydon Central will challenge rival Austin at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. That game will pit two of the most dominant guards against one another: Teeter and Brynn Owens. Meanwhile, Scottsburg is set to take on their familiar foe Charlestown at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
